The daily habits you practice during the challenge are based on the level you choose.

If you are just beginning, LEVEL 1 might be the best, as it has less strict water, food and exercise requirements. If you have been practicing good habits already and are looking to improve on them, LEVEL 3 might be good for you. If you are comfortable with your lifestyle and looking for accountability, you can use LEVEL 4 to keep you accountable on the habits you already practice. Here is a comparison of the 4 levels and the different daily requirements of each:

Each day, practice the foundations of health

These habits provide the foundation for a healthy life and are customised for you based on the level you select for your challenge.

  1. Spend 15 minutes daily on a mindset activity that changes each week
  2. Drink your water requirements based on your weight
  3. Eat compliant food
  4. Sleep a minimum of 7 hours
  5. Exercise and stretch the times required for your level (from 15 minutes to 25+ minutes each day)

BUILD REWARD POINTS

Build extra points to enjoy a few treats, guilt-free

Reward points can be earned by performing additional health activities (which you can choose) each week. They get stored in your ‘Rewards Bank’ and are automatically applied on days when points are lost. These points are great for the inevitable "life" moments that occur, like the unexpected friend who drops in with a bottle of wine and pizza. Reward points allow flexibility and choice during the challenge and help with both motivation and sustainability.
